Adjustable type with 2 roller
Adjustable welding rotator has two categories which are conventional welding rotator and lead-screw welding rotator. Regarding of conventional type, the distance between rollers can be manually adjusted by bolts to accommodate pipes with various diameter. The distance between rollers of the lead-screw type is manually adjusted by steering, which is widely used in light weighted pipes.
Variable frequency driver is set in welding rotators with fan cooling and user friendly mechanical design. With enhanced durability, double reduction worm and wheel gearboxes are adopted. If you are going to use these machines in outside field, forklift slots can be built into the frames for convenience. Remember to point this out in ordering. Overall, all Fengwei welding rotator have been certified by CE and ISO9001 standards - leader in the welding automation industry.
