HGK Adjustable Turning Rolls are essential equipments for heavy and light fabrication shop.They are used to to rotate or position the cylindrical jobs for circumferential welding (TIG / MIG / SAW) or for intricate assemblies. Adjustable Turning Rolls mainly consist of powered rotator, idle rotator, driving reducer system, and control system etc. As shown in the picture, the machine can be divided into Conventional Welding Rotator adusting by moving bolts or light-duty Lead Screw Welding Rotator by stearing the wheel. They are mainly used for longitudinal and circular seam welding of cylinders linked with submerged arc welder.
According to clients’ demand, the roller has 3 forms which are Rubber Wheel, Steel Wheel and Steel Rubber combined Wheel and PU roller. Details please refer to below technical parameter.
